  • Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten with 1 Tbsp of water
  • Panko bread crumbs (Japanese-style bread crumbs)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 oz of Vegetable Oil
  • Ingredients for Apple-Brandy Cream Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cored and diced into thin wedges (about 16 slices)
  • 4 oz of Brandy
  • 4 oz of Apple Juice Concentrate
  • 8 oz of Heavy Cream
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped Parsley (for garnish)
