Bip's Ripe Tomato Relish
- 12 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 large yellow onions, chopped
- 3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 large apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- 7 (1 pint) canning jars with lids and rings, or as needed
