  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, preferably fresh
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup coconut milk
