  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Dash vanilla
  • VANILLA SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Brandy or rum to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
