  • 12 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 11 ounces Emmentaler cheese, finely shredded
  • 3 1/2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 7 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups milk
